Application form

The information from the job application form will be used by Uudenkaupungin Rautavalimo Oy to recruit new employees. The "Send" button on the application form sends the information of the completed application form to the secure email of the person primarily responsible for recruiting new employees. The responsible person in question can send an e-mail within the company to other people directly involved in the recruitment of employees. The completed application form is not separately stored in the company's information systems, so the application forms do not form an actual personal register in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.
E-mail messages containing application form information are stored in the e-mail folders of the responsible persons for a maximum of 12 months from the arrival of the message. Messages are never sent to parties outside the company. The job seeker who has sent the application form has the right to delete the e-mail containing the form information concerning him/her even earlier than the maximum storage period of 12 months by sending a request to this effect by e-mail to
